My name is Josh Kalderimis, am a New Zealander at heart but currently live in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I am a developer by trade (hence the tech blog) working mostly with Ruby, Rails, some Objective-C and Java with a focus on the Spring Framework.
I used to work as a Java Developer specializing in the Spring Framework, and have worked on a few projects built upon Spring – primarily web based applications using Spring MVC, but have changed over to Ruby and Rails within the last year due to many reasons, non of which any Java/Ruby person hasn’t heard already.
I would also call myself a ‘fan’ of Domain Driven Design but have yet to find the opportunity to work on a DDD project as it does not really apply in the Ruby world.
